Hi, I’m Nola Beni, AMFT, a therapist who believes that therapy should feel like a space where you can take a breath and show up as you are; a space where your lived experiences are valued and respected.
My hope is that our work together feels supportive, grounded, and human, even when we’re sitting with hard or tender things. While the process can be challenging, I believe it is deeply worthwhile and together we can build lasting change.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, always with your values, needs, and experiences at the center.
Your priorities guide our work, not rigid models or expectations.
I see therapy as a collaborative journey, shaping our work around your unique goals. Whether you’re coming in individually or with a partner, I bring a patient, caring presence to support your needs.
My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and structure as you work towards clarity and a life that feels more aligned with what you long for.
I have seen firsthand how powerful it can be to feel truly understood, supported, and not alone in your experiences.
My work in eating disorder treatment and early childhood education has shown me how deeply our relationships, environments, and early experiences shape the way we see ourselves and connect with others.
I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, and those navigating mood and anxiety disorders as they untangle their patterns.
Being an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), my education allows me to draw from the latest research and most effective ways to support my clients in their growth.
