Hi, I’m Mike Connell, LMFT, a therapist who believes that change begins with feeling truly seen and understood. I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals and relationships as they navigate through life’s challenges.
I bring a flexible, client-centered approach to our work together because I believe therapy should adapt to you, not the other way around.
My clinical approach integrates evidence-based methods and adapts them to your lived experience, so our work feels effective and personally meaningful. I strive to create a space where insight leads to genuine change and where you feel both understood and challenged to grow.
My aim is for clients to leave with the confidence to build and maintain authentic connections.
My experiences have taught me to slow down, listen differently and honor the unique ways people engage with the world.
Every person’s story deserves to be met with care and the kind of understanding that makes you feel seen rather than judged.
What draws me most to this work is the privilege of witnessing people rediscover their strength and capacity for connection.
As a husband, and someone who has experienced deep personal loss, I understand the courage it takes to look closely at our relationships and ourselves. Healing isn’t about “getting over” the hard things, it’s about learning to carry them with meaning and purpose.
I bring that same belief into my work with clients, helping them rediscover strength and connection in places they may have lost sight of.
My training and experience help me meet you where you are and guide you toward lasting change in yourself and your relationships.
