Hi, I’m Bailey Kraft, MS, LMFT, a cofounder of Connected Threads Counseling and a therapist with over a decade of experience being my clients’ biggest cheerleader.
I do this work because I am passionate about helping you succeed, grow, and thrive in every area of your life. While at times this means challenging your patterns to help you grow, it also means that I am always on your team. I’m here to support you and your partner(s) as we work through the tough times and celebrate your achievements!
I also recognize that you are unique, which means my process is unique to you, too.
I blend together different theories and tools to meet your needs, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
I bring a strengths-based approach to individual and relationship therapy, knowing that you are the ultimate authority in our work and already have many of the skills you need to make real change in your life.
I’m here to help you build on those strengths, develop new tools, and collaborate to accomplish your goals in therapy.
You are made up of so many interconnecting threads – from your family of origin and relationships to larger social factors – and I know that all of these pieces play a role in your life and your experience in therapy.
My own threads, including being a woman, a parent, and a therapist trained with a systemic perspective, have influenced my own journey, and I show up in our sessions as my authentic self.
I use humor, warmth, and direct communication to promote growth and collaboration in our work!
