Hi, I’m Jeffrey Kraft, MS, LMFT, a cofounder of Connected Threads Counseling and a therapist with a passion for working with first responders, veterans and military families, and those impacted by negative childhood experiences.
Although I’m not currently accepting clients, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, experienced in treating individuals, couples, and families. I bring my passion for helping others to my administrative role, supporting the clients of Connected Threads Counseling.
I am largely a strengths-focused clinician, and I bring this perspective to my administrative role at Connected Threads Counseling. I believe that people generally have the tools to achieve their goals, but constraints exist for all of us that can either be accepted or overcome.
If you want to work toward acceptance or change, therapy at Connected Threads Counseling can help.
It may surprise you to know that I do not believe anyone “needs” therapy. I see therapy as a path that can help you make change and reach your goals — when you are ready.
When you decide to make the choice for change, therapy is a great environment to work toward your goals in a holistic, supportive way.
Resilience is a big part of my story. I am an encouraging person, who will meet you where you are — and help you want more.
I often believe in our clients more than they can believe in themselves. Doing so with humor - often absurd humor - is a big part of my work.
I love being a husband, father, and a therapist, especially when I am able to support other men in therapy and create a space where it is safe to be vulnerable.
Even in my administrative role, my education and certifications help me help you, whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself or your relationships.
